St Albans Folk Festival

1 January 1970

Really happy to be performing at the St Albans Folk Festival, held over a weekend close to Anzac Day, is home to quality trad and contemporary folk, bush music, sessions, workshops, dances, poetry and kid’s activities. It showcases local and international performers, song writers and musicians and runs a market of food, produce and other stalls. Patrons travel for the day or camp on the banks of the McDonald River 20 kms from Wisemans Ferry in the beautiful Hawkesbury River area, North of Sydney and West of Gosford. The village has one of the oldest pubs in Australia, the Settlers Arms and a Historical Cemetery.

Robertson CTC

1 January 1970

Music Café at the Robertson CTC is a bi-monthly afternoon of delight. Seating about 40 people, the CTC is an intimate little venue with a big agenda supporting the community in both creativity and technology by way of workshops, educational programs, exhibitions, cultural and music events using its facilities. Run largely by volunteers it’s a special place. I’m delighted to be returning to the Music Café for the third time in three years, bringing a couple of relaxed sets to make you laugh, think and wonder. Join me there from 2 to 4pm.. Café doors open at 1.30.

Great to be going back for a night of strong songs, lots of laughs and a chance catch up with the folks in the north of Sydney.
